Friday, April 11 – We drove 419 miles today. That is way more than we usually do, but with the rain everywhere, we had to take advantage of the break in the action.
We are at J.B.'s RV Park and Campground in Benton, AR. We were here in 2012. This is a very nice campground. The owners are wonderful, friendly people. The area is wooded, very long gravel sites, full-hookups for $25/night.
There are a couple of mules across the street from us. This is the only photo we got.
Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see y’all back real soon. Have a great day!
Safe travels.
ReplyDeleteNow you're on the run ... err, on your way. Stay away from those nasty storms!
ReplyDeleteBeating the weather, and soon be back home, travel safe.
ReplyDeleteI think our first stop on our way will around there. I'll have to check that out.
ReplyDeleteSome times you just gotta do what you gotta do.
ReplyDeleteThe storms can come up quickly this time of year. I don't know how I'd feel surrounded by all those trees in a lightning storm.
ReplyDeleteWill you make it home in one more long day? Hope your journey today goes as smoothly.
ReplyDeleteHappy travels. Enjoy good weather and have a safe trip.
ReplyDeleteSafe travels you two! Love the mules.
ReplyDeleteThat was a very long day but beating the rain was a good idea. Glad you made it safely. Very pretty header photo:) Safe travels as you continue!
