HELLO SAVANNAH, GA

Friday, August 20 – We rolled up our electric cord and pulled in the slides this morning and headed to Savannah, GA. We are staying 10 miles outside Savannah, in Hardeeville, SC. We drove 20 miles out of way because of wrong directions in the Woodall Camping Guide. We are in site #324 at the Hardeeville RV Park. It's a Passport America Park so the price is right, and we have FHU (full hook-up).

The MH sure seemed to perform well. I had no complaints how it was performing before the 3M Service but it sure ran smooth today. Smooth shifting, smooth on the bumpy roads and nice acceleration on the hills. Maybe I was hoping it ran nice after spending the money????? ...LOL

It's VERY HOT here. 95*.......uuuuucck! And VERY HUMID too!

After an afternoon thunderstorm, we decided not to go on the Haunted Tour tonight. Instead, we walked along River Street for a couple hours. Rain eventually forced us to return home early. We'll make up for the rain outs later this weekend.

  1. I am so glad I finallyf ound your blog again. Somehow I lost it but now it's found. We stayed at that park while we visited Savannah. Got some great crabs that we brought back to the rig to cook. We were lost so I can't tell you where we got them. But they were good.

So good to track you down again.
