If anyone out there in Blogland will be in these areas during our time, please let us know. We would enjoy meeting up with you. Also, if you have visited these areas and really enjoyed a certain sightseeing spot, place to eat, campground (within our frugal budget) or hiking area, we would love to add it to our agenda. Many of our stops will not be new, but we know we have missed something at each stop.

Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see y'all back real soon. Have a great day!

  2. September is just around the corner so you're heading out real soon. I bet you already know we'll be in many of those spots. There are Elks Lodges with hookups in Scottsdale, Boulder, City and Indio. Usury Mountain is a gorgeous park outside of Mesa and Sandie's park accepts Passport America. A SKP park and Hi Lo that accepts Passport America is in Deming.

We aren't sure when we're heading south this year. Maybe not until November or perhaps even later. During the winter we will definitely be in Palm Springs, San Diego, Scottsdale, Tucson and Quartzsite but that's as far as we know.

  3. You guys are really going to be tired if you do everything on your list this year.
We won't be heading out west for a few more years. We'll be doing Florida again this year and stopping for a week in Washington before heading home. We'll be heading back to North Carolina in May and could just stop by to say hello when we're in Ohio.
    Be Safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.

  7. We will look forward to seeing some great photos of all the interesting places, people, and things you will encounter. It will be a fun ride. Lots of driving, but Paul's up for it, right? He can do just about anything!!! (Of course, that's why you married him, right?)

  11. Charleston has limited RV parks, but Marietta/Parkersburg has a lot to see-- The Mortuary Museum and Blennerhasit Island. Greenville, SC has the free BMW musuem. I love Mount Airy, NC and Mayberry RV park (PA).

There is a PA park across the street from us in Casa Grande, AZ. Are you planning to attend the Escapade and the National Good Sam Rally in AZ in March?

The Pyrotechnic show in Lake Havasau City is worth attending.

Roswell, NM is interesting and there is a nice elks there.
